Anti-MAN2B1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MAN2B1 (mannosidase alpha class 2B member 1), a protein described as having low tissue specificity. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with mouse samples.

It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 640–850 of human MAN2B1 (NP_000519.2), and the antibody is affinity purified. The target protein is reported with a molecular weight of 170 kDa, and recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
