MALT1 (Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma Translocation Protein 1) is a paracaspase central to antigen-receptor signaling and canonical NF-κB activation in lymphocytes. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of both innate and adaptive immune signaling.

Researchers apply this reagent to investigate B-cell receptor and T-cell receptor signal transduction, characterize the CARD11-BCL10-MALT1 (CBM) signalosome, and probe the proteolytic activity of the MALT1 caspase-like domain. The antibody is useful in MALT lymphoma and activated B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma research, where MALT1 paracaspase activity is a known driver of NF-κB-dependent survival signaling, and in biochemical screens for small-molecule MALT1 protease inhibitors.

Supplied as 100 µl of liquid stock in a vial, the antibody is compatible with standard blotting and imaging protocols. It is suited to detection of endogenous MALT1 in whole-cell lysates, in fixed-cell preparations, and in formaldehyde-fixed tissue sections, and can be paired with anti-BCL10 or anti-CARD11 antibodies for co-localization studies of the CBM complex at the immunological synapse.
