Anti-MALT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MALT1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent for western blotting and immunofluorescence applications. The antibody is produced in rabbit and, according to manufacturer data, reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 125–450 of human MALT1 (NP_776216.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 102 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, following affinity purification; the concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and the reagent is backed by four scientific validation images.
