Anti-Malaria (pLDH) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody targeting Plasmodium falciparum pLDH (lactate dehydrogenase), intended for use in lateral flow applications and offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody.

Produced in mouse hosts, the antibody is of the IgG2b isotype and is unconjugated, supplied as a purified monoclonal antibody preparation. Specificity is directed against recombinant Plasmodium falciparum pLDH antigen, and the preparation is reported to be > 90 % pure. The formulation is 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 150 mM NaCl at pH 7.4.

For handling and storage the product is shipped at 4 °C. For short-term storage (< 2 weeks) it should be kept at 4 °C, and for long-term storage it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
