Anti-Malaria (HRP-2) Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets the histidine-rich protein 2 (HRP-2) antigen of Plasmodium falciparum and is supplied as a 1 mg unit of an Ion Exchange Purified Monoclonal Antibody at approximately 95% purity. The reagent is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and is of the IgG1 isotype, making it well suited to ELISA and Lateral Flow assay workflows commonly used in malaria antigen detection. Specificity is directed at P. falciparum HRP-2, with no detectable cross-reactivity against other Plasmodium species, and the manufacturer rates the analytical detection capability at ≥ 50 parasites per ml.
