Anti-MAGT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MAGT1, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is raised in Rabbit, isotype IgG, and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human samples.

Manufacturer details: the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60-220 of human MAGT1 (NP_115497.4). The antibody is affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is reported as lot specific. Shipping is at 4°C; upon arrival, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000.

A Western blot validation image (one scientific validation image) is provided, showing detection in U-251MG cell extracts at 1:1,000 dilution, with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) used at 1:10,000 as the secondary antibody. Lysates were loaded at 25µg per lane, blocked with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, detected with an ECL Basic Kit, and exposed for 90s.
