Anti-MAGI-2 (E255) Antibody

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 224-276 of human MAGI-2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of MAGI-2 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody has a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 159 kDa.
