Anti-MAGED1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes MAGED1 (Melanoma-Associated Antigen D1), also known as NRAGE or Dlxin-1, a type II MAGE-family protein implicated in apoptosis regulation, NF-κB signaling modulation, and neurite outgrowth through its interactions with Dlx homeodomain transcription factors. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG liquid in a 100 µl vial, validated for western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA detection in mouse, rat, and human samples. Published studies have used anti-MAGED1 reagents to track expression during spermatogenesis, osteoblast differentiation, and melanoma progression, where altered MAGED1 levels correlate with shifts in cell survival and proliferation pathways.
