Anti-MAGED1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the MAGED1 target, also referenced as MAGED1/NRAGE. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid preparation.

It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 635–834 of human MAGED1/NRAGE (NP_001005333.1), and reported molecular weights for the target are 86 kDa and 97 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity methods. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and IHC: 1:100–1:500. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
