Anti-MAGEA1 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies this primary antibody as a rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for MAGEA1. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence work on human samples.

It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-309 of human MAGE-1/MAGE1A (NP_004979.3), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:100. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
