Anti-MAGE-1 (F293) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised to MAGE-1 (F293) using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 280-320 of Human MAGE-1. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of MAGE-1 protein and also recognizes endogenous levels of Tumor antigen MAGE-N. Reported molecular weights are ~ 34 and 46 kDa. Validated applications are WB and IHC, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supported by two scientific validation images.
