Anti-MAG Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to MAG/GMA, offered by Antibodies.com as a liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20-220 of human MAG (P20916) and is affinity-purified. The reported molecular weight is 120 kDa, and the formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:3,000 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
