Anti-MAFF Antibody

MAFF is a member of the small MAF subfamily of bZIP transcription factors that heterodimerizes with NFE2, NFE2L1 (Nrf1), and NFE2L2 (Nrf2) to drive antioxidant response element (ARE)-mediated transcription of globin loci in erythroid cells and phase II detoxification enzymes during the oxidative stress response. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with user-selected secondary reagents for chromogenic or fluorescence detection on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
