Anti-MAFB Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MAFB and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Raised in rabbit, the reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied in unconjugated, liquid form.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 184–323 of human MAFB (NP_005452.2) and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 50 kDa, as stated by the manufacturer. The product is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

For Western blot, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.
