MADD (MAP-kinase Activating Death Domain protein) is a cytoplasmic scaffolding factor implicated in TNF receptor signaling, death-domain-mediated apoptosis control, and Rab3-GEF regulation of vesicle release at neuronal synapses. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human MADD sequence and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.
The polyclonal antibody shows reactivity with Mouse and Rat orthologues in addition to Human, supporting comparative studies in cultured cell panels and rodent tissue sections. Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal sera, the reagent is intended for research use only and is appropriate for studies of stress-induced apoptosis, neuronal exocytosis, and the signaling cascade connecting TNFR1 activation to downstream JNK and ERK activity.
