Anti-MADD Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the MAP-kinase activating death domain protein (MADD) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human MADD. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, making it suitable for detection of endogenous MADD levels. The antibody has been validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
