Anti-MADCAM1 Antibody

This polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against MAdCAM1 and is supplied unconjugated as an affinity-purified liquid preparation.

Recommended applications include Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Suggested dilutions are 1:200–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The antibody is reported to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human MADCAM1 (NP_570116.2).

The purified antibody has a molecular weight of 45 kDa and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
