Anti-MAD2L2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MAD2L2, also referred to as Mad2L2/REV7. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB), with immunohistochemistry (IHC) additionally listed among its applications in the product specifications. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–211 of human MAD2B/MAD2L2 (NCBI accession NP_006332.3). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 25 kDa. One scientific validation image is provided.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
