Anti-mAChR M2 (P224) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M2 (mAChR M2) and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 191–240 of human mAChR M2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of mAChR M2 protein. The reported molecular weight is ~52 kDa and the purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

Reactivity is reported with human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated.
