Anti-MACC1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived primary antibody raised against MACC1 (Metastasis-Associated in Colon Cancer 1), a regulator of the HGF/MET signaling axis that drives motility, invasion, and metastatic spread in epithelial tumors. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, it is validated for western blot and ELISA workflows on human and mouse samples, supporting research into colorectal, gastric, hepatocellular, and lung cancer progression as well as MET-pathway and EMT studies.

Western blot is used to detect endogenous MACC1 in cell lysates and tumor tissue homogenates, while ELISA enables quantitative measurement of MACC1 levels in research samples. Reactivity is confirmed against human and mouse MACC1, allowing cross-species comparisons in xenograft models, knock-out mice, and patient-derived tissue. The unconjugated format pairs flexibly with HRP, fluorescent, or biotin secondary reagents to suit individual experimental design.
