Anti-M-CSF Antibody [692]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 692) targets Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (M-CSF). It is validated for ELISA applications and reacts with human samples.

The antibody specifically recognises human M-CSF and was raised against purified recombinant human M-CSF. In cross-reactivity testing it does not recognise BSA, IL-1ß, IL-8, IL-16, EGF, G-CSFR, GM-CSF, MCP-1, MCP-3, TGF-ß or TNF-a. The isotype is IgG2a and the reagent is supplied unconjugated.

Supplied as a lyophilised product purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, the antibody is formulated from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent.
