Anti-M-CSF Antibody [116]

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a lyophilised Mouse monoclonal preparation. Clone 116 of the IgG2b isotype is unconjugated and specifically recognises human Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (M-CSF), with reactivity confirmed for Human samples and application validated in ELISA.

The antibody was raised against purified recombinant human M-CSF and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated as a lyophilised product from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, to be reconstituted with double distilled water; the working concentration is reconstitution dependent. The epitope is reported as Sp2/0-Ag14.

Cross-reactivity studies show this antibody does not recognise BSA, IL-1ß, IL-8, IL-16, EGF, G-CSFR, GM-CSF, MCP-1, MCP-3, TGF-ß and TNF-a. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
