Anti-M-CK Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated, affinity-purified polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit, with the immunoglobulin formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is designed to detect endogenous levels of total muscle-type creatine kinase (M-CK), also known as CK, CKMM, CP-M, creatine kinase M chain, creatine kinase M-type, and creatine phosphokinase M-type, and was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of the human protein. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The antibody is provided as the total rabbit IgG fraction without fluorophore or enzyme conjugation, allowing downstream flexibility. For stability, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
