Anti-M-cadherin (A108) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting M-cadherin is offered by Antibodies.com for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 80-130 of human M-cadherin, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of M-cadherin protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 91 kDa.
