Anti-LZTR1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the LZTR1 leucine zipper-like transcription regulator, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. LZTR1 serves as an adaptor for the CUL3 ubiquitin ligase complex and acts as a negative regulator of RAS GTPase trafficking, supporting research into RAS/MAPK pathway signaling, Noonan syndrome genetics, and schwannomatosis tumor biology.

Validated for Western blot detection of endogenous LZTR1 in human, mouse, and rat lysates, this primary antibody is provided as a 100 µl liquid vial.
