Anti-LZTR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LZTR1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, provided unconjugated, and listed for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications with reactivity to human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 300–545 of human LZTR1 (NP_006758.2), and the target protein is reported at approximately 110 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied in liquid form in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

One scientific validation image is supplied. In the accompanying Western blot, lysates were loaded at 25 µg per lane and blocked with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST; the primary antibody was applied at 1:1,000, the Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, and detection performed with an ECL Enhanced Kit over a 90 s exposure.
