Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against LYZ and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was generated using recombinant full length Human LYZ as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of LYZ protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 17 kDa.
