Its polyclonal format recognises multiple epitopes across LYVE1, which broadens detection on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) material when paired with heat- or enzyme-based antigen retrieval protocols.

On Western blots of human cell lysates, the reagent yields a band near the predicted molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa for LYVE1, with higher migrating glycosylated species often visible above this position.
