A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LYVE-1 is offered by Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is accompanied by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 60-110 of Human LYVE-1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the LYVE-1 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Purification was carried out from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 36 kDa.
