Anti-LYRM1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets LYRM1 and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-122 of human LYRM1 (NP_065157.1), with the target protein migrating at approximately 14 kDa. It is purified by affinity chromatography and is recommended for use at a dilution of 1:200-1:2,000 for Western blot.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
