From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against LYPLA1 (K90). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has confirmed reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61–110 of Human LYPLA1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of LYPLA1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The target protein has a molecular weight of ~25 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
