Anti-LYPLA1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human LYPLA1 (lysophospholipase 1), enabling reliable detection of endogenous LYPLA1 protein across a range of sample types. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, buffered in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and it is presented in an unconjugated format with an IgG isotype suitable for direct labelling workflows. Purification is carried out by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, which helps to minimise off-target binding. The antibody has been validated for ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat specimens, making it a versatile option for cross-species studies of this depalmitoylating enzyme.
