Anti-Lyn (phospho-Y507) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Lyn phosphorylated at Tyrosine 507 (referred to as Tyr508 in the manufacturer's specificity data). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Lyn around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 507 and detects endogenous levels of Lyn only when phosphorylated at this site. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 50–58 kDa.
