Anti-LYN (phospho-Y192) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises LYN only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 192, and is validated for Western blot (WB). It is unconjugated and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human LYN around the Tyr192 phosphorylation site, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of LYN protein exclusively under that phosphorylation state. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Observed molecular weight is approximately 50 and 58 kDa.
