Anti-Lyn Antibody

Lyn is a 56 kDa Src-family non-receptor tyrosine kinase that mediates early signaling downstream of B-cell and Fc receptors in hematopoietic lineages, and the polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit to support studies of endogenous Lyn expression and phosphorylation.

The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples.

The unconjugated format gives flexibility for downstream labeling with fluorophores, enzymes, or biotin during custom assay development, and the reagent is suited to signal-transduction research, characterization of Src-family kinase activity, and investigations of immune cell activation.
