Anti-LYAR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets LYAR and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human samples and detects endogenous levels of LYAR protein.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human LYAR. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images accompany the product.
