Anti-LY96 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit against LY96 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid and has been affinity-purified using a recombinant fusion protein immunogen corresponding to amino acids 19–160 of human LY96 (NP_056179.3). It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended, with the target observed at approximately 25 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
