Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets LY86 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human samples. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human LY86, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of LY86 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 18 and 27 kDa.
