Anti-LY86 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against LY86, also known as MD1. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–162 of human LY86 (NP_004262.1). It is affinity purified and supplied in liquid form in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 24 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
