Anti-LY75 Antibody

Lymphocyte antigen 75 (LY75) is a C-type lectin receptor also known as DEC-205 or CD205 that mediates endocytosis on dendritic cells, thymic epithelial cells, and certain B-cell populations. This polyclonal reagent, raised in rabbit, is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated for downstream flexibility. Validated for Western blot on human, mouse, and rat samples, it supports immunoblot studies of antigen presentation, dendritic cell biology, and immune receptor trafficking.
