Anti-LY75 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the LY75 antigen (also known as DEC-205), a multi-lectin domain receptor found on dendritic cells and a subset of epithelial tissues where it mediates antigen capture and routing to MHC class II processing compartments. The unconjugated IgG is supplied in a 100 µl vial and is validated for Western blot workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples.

This reagent recognizes the LY75 extracellular region and is used in immunology and tumor-microenvironment studies to track receptor expression in monocyte-derived dendritic cells, lymph node lysates, and DEC-205 knockout versus wild-type control tissues.
