Anti-LY6E Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against LY6E/SCA-2, supplied unconjugated as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 21-101 of human LY6E (NP_002337.1), and the reagent is affinity purified. The target has a reported molecular weight of 14 kDa and the product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The isotype is IgG.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity reported against human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
