Anti-LXRα Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal region of the human Liver X Receptor alpha (LXRα) protein and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation. The antibody is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is provided at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml in a 50 µl volume (a 100 µl format is also listed). It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and ELISA applications and is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it a useful tool for cross-species studies of LXRα expression. The polyclonal antiserum is purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring selectivity for endogenous levels of LXRα. For long-term stability, the product should be stored at –20°C, where it remains stable for up to one year.
