Anti-Lung Carcinoma Antibody [CHALU2]

Mouse monoclonal (CHALU2) antibody targeting Lung Carcinoma, supplied by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised preparation. The antibody is of mouse origin with an IgG1 isotype and is provided unconjugated. It is raised against human lung carcinoma cells and is validated for use in flow cytometry (FC), immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA applications. The reagent reacts with human samples and, as stated in the manufacturer's data sheet, does not recognise human adult normal tissues or fetal tissues.

In specificity testing, the clone CHALU2 recognises lung adenocarcinoma, squamous cancer and small cell carcinoma, and is also reported to be reactive with some human melanoma and other tumours. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is formulated as a lyophilised product from a 0.01M phosphate buffered Saline solution at pH 7.0, intended for reconstitution with double distilled water. The final concentration is described as reconstitution dependent.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
