Anti-Lung Carcinoma Antibody [3504]

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent (clone 3504, IgG2b isotype) raised against human lung carcinoma cells. It is supplied unconjugated and lyophilised, and is validated for use in flow cytometry (FC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, reacting with human samples.

The antibody recognises lung adenocarcinoma, squamous cancer and small cell carcinoma, and is also reactive to some human melanoma and other tumours. It does not recognise human adult normal tissues or fetal tissues. The reagent is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and the lyophilised product is formulated in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.0.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution should be performed with double distilled water; final concentration is reconstitution dependent.
