Anti-LUM Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically targets Lumican (LUM), a keratan sulfate proteoglycan of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family that organizes collagen fibril assembly in the corneal stroma and other connective tissues.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of extracellular matrix remodeling, fibrosis models, and tumor stromal research. Lumican is widely investigated as a marker of myofibroblast activity, corneal wound healing, and tumor microenvironment composition in tissues including skin, lung, kidney, and breast.
