Generated in rabbit and validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes the LUC7L protein in human samples. LUC7L is a splicing factor associated with the U1 snRNP complex that contributes to pre-mRNA 5' splice site recognition, and it has appeared in published studies on hepatocellular carcinoma and broader post-transcriptional RNA processing. The antibody is supplied as 200 µl of liquid in a vial, suitable for immunoblotting of cell and tissue lysates, antigen retrieval-based IHC on formalin-fixed paraffin sections, and intracellular staining for flow cytometry. For best stability, store at -20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and centrifuge the vial briefly before opening to recover the full volume.
