The Lymphotoxin Beta Receptor (LTBR) is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily that mediates signaling from the LTα1β2 and LIGHT ligands. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds the human and mouse LTBR protein, supporting research into secondary lymphoid organogenesis, NF-κB pathway activation, and stromal cell biology. Validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows, the antibody is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum in a single-use vial. Researchers commonly apply it to lymphoid tissue cryosections and primary cell lysates to map LTBR expression across immune and epithelial compartments.
