Anti-LTBR Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody, available from Antibodies.com, targets LTBR and is raised in rabbit. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 336–435 of human LTBR (NP_002333.1). The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein is reported to have a molecular weight of 47 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
