Anti-LTβR (R44) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets LTβR and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20-60 of human LTβR, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of LTβR protein.

It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with demonstrated reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
